Refund Policy

EmboStudio sells one-time digital licenses. Because our products are delivered digitally, the following terms apply:

14-Day Conditional Refunds. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded or exported a design using the purchased package. Once you have downloaded or exported a design, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

Non-Delivery. If you completed payment but did not receive access to your purchased package, you are entitled to a full refund or prompt resolution.

How to Request a Refund. Email contact@embostudio.co with your full name, the email used at purchase, and order details. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions. Refunds are not available once a design has been downloaded or exported, except where required by applicable law.
