Welcome to EmboStudio. By accessing or using embostudio.co (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- Service. EmboStudio provides online tools to create, customize, and download business cards and letterheads. Access to certain templates and export features requires a one-time purchase of the applicable package.
- Purchases. All packages are one-time payments granting lifetime access to the purchased features. Prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely; you will receive a secure checkout link to complete your purchase. Access is granted upon successful payment.
- License. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use EmboStudio's templates and tools to create designs for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish EmboStudio's templates or software.
- Your content. You retain ownership of the information and designs you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of your content and for ensuring you have rights to any logos or images you upload. You grant EmboStudio a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
- Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service, disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for print quality from third-party printers.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmboStudio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
- Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
